It is with mixed emotions that I announce the sale of Divide & Conquer of East Texas. Due to my husband’s sudden and unexpected death June 4, 2024, my decision was made. Gerry (“Gary”) and I loved our estate sale journey together. He was my best friend and soulmate; conducting sales without him has been very difficult for me. However, I am forever grateful for my extraordinary team of workers!
Making special friends through the sales over the last 20 plus years has been such an incredible blessing. Your encouragement kept us going much longer than we anticipated being in business.
Gerry loved entertaining in the garage; it made his day to make someone laugh. I know you miss him, too. God “opened a door” at the right time (as He always does) when He sent Denise Bain Graber into my life. As of January 2, 2025, she is the new owner. My workers and I will continue working by her side and under her leadership; we look forward to seeing you at the sales.

I am very humbled by your kindness and faithfulness these last 2 decades. Hopefully, the over 450 estate sales have ministered to the needs of many families; that was our intent. My heartfelt thanks to all of you. To God be the glory!
I was able to meet many of you at our sales a couple weeks ago and will look forward to meeting many more and getting to know you.

I was born and raised in Tyler and after a short stint in Minnesota, convinced my husband, Bruce, that sunny and hot was better than colder and snow! We will be working on this venture together and are excited to work with this amazing community.
