What do you do when a client has a 15,000 s/f warehouse to liquidate and
not enough time for Divide and Conquer to do our normal set up? We do what
we can and hold a Picker's Sale! How does this work you might ask... logistics

Shopping Policies & Pick-up Guidelines
All sales are final. Please ensure that furniture, artwork, or clothing fits your needs, as we are unable to offer refunds.
Loading and Transportation: You are responsible for loading your purchases or arranging for pickup. We do not hold merchandise once purchased.
No Advance Sales: Items will not be sold prior to the scheduled sale date.
Safety and Courtesy: We are not liable for accidents. Please remain mindful of your surroundings, and supervise children at all times. Common sense is greatly appreciated.
Damage Policy: Please handle all items with care. Any broken or damaged merchandise must be purchased.
Closing Time: The sale concludes at 2:00 PM on Saturday. Please ensure all purchases are taken with you by this time.
Payment Options & Purchase Policies
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (a 3.99% fee applies to credit card transactions). To avoid potential issues with payment processing, we recommend bringing cash or a check to ensure you can complete your purchase. Please note, we do not hold unpaid merchandise.
When paying by check, a valid driver’s license number, birthdate, and current phone number are required. Returned checks will be referred to the District Attorney for collection.
