Estate Sales Policies
General Information on Estate Sales
There are several types of estate sales:
Sales are generally conducted over 3 days.
If possible, a period of 3-4 weeks is needed for set-up time. We will go through closets, drawers, shelves, etc. and display and price all items to be sold.
Advertising information is needed 15-18 days prior to a sale.
• Approximately 4000 emails are sent
for the sale.
• An ad is placed in 6-7 newspapers
(depending on the location of the sale).
• We accept Credit/Debit cards,
but a charge of 3.99% will be added to the
purchase price.
Unsold items must be picked up Saturday of the sale by 2:00 PM, unless other arrangements have been made between you and Divide & Conquer.

• Moving Sales

• Items are sold at a 25% reduction on Friday.
• Items are sold at a 50% reduction on Saturday.
• Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
